Delivery and returns policy

Damaged or unwanted goods. (returns and/or exchange Policy)

Please contact the trevormumby.com within 5 days of receipt either in writing, email or by phone telling us what the problem is and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We want our customers to be happy with our books. We feel the following policy is fit for all parties.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded. We will cover the cost of postage back to you but not to us. If you have changed your mind or don’t like your purchase then we will be happy to exchange the item for something else but postage will be charged again. Quote your order number in all correspondence. Items should be in good original condition for resale or refund will be denied (except in the case of damaged items of course). An item can only be exchanged once, we will not repeatedly accept returns on the same order. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we feel it is necessary to take such measures for any reason.

Order despatching

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of the working week Monday-Friday and endeavour to get your goods to you as according to your choice of shipping. We use Royal Mail as a reputed carrier. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events such as acts of god or bad weather or a problem with the courier. If your order is urgent, please allow time for delivery or contact us if special arrangements need to be made. We are always happy to help in any way we can.
